PAREV DOON         Located on Aygestan , entrance from Mkhitar Heratzi Street, across from Medical University. 600 meters from the Opera House Parev DooN has 15 units with varying sizes; accommodating from single person up to 5 pp per unit Family units have kitchenettes. Every unit has European standard Bathroom, Air Conditioning, TV, Refrigerator, Hair dryer, soap, shampoo. Clean up and towels change every day, linen change every other day. We serve home made breakfast. DELENDA VILLA         Villa Delenda is an elegant Bed & Breakfast located in the heart of Yerevan, which was originally built in 1906 as a private residence for the Mnazakanyan brothers. A lot of the original building architecture has been restored and retained during expansion and renovation.The building has its own unique character, charm and style, harmoniously combining classical Armenian decor with the elegance and comfort of a truly gracious residence. Villa Delenda has 6 rooms all with en suite bathrooms. The rooms are flexible with their set up and can be rented as single, double, triple and in some cases as quad. Overall the building can accommodate 15 people in total.
